About Us

Building the Public Health Infrastructure for Preventive Oral Care

Project Allsmiles Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in California, operating prevention-first oral health programs in San Diego County.

Our Mission

To advance population oral health by delivering evidence-based, prevention-first dental hygiene programs to communities disproportionately impacted by oral disease, including children in Title I schools, unhoused populations, and underserved elderly individuals.

We intervene upstream — before oral disease progresses to the point of emergency department visits, chronic pain, and costly surgical intervention.

Our Vision

A future in which preventive oral health services are accessible to every individual regardless of income, housing status, or geography. We envision a public health landscape where community-based prevention reduces the burden of oral disease at the population level.

Project Allsmiles Inc. is designed as a scalable nonprofit framework — beginning in San Diego County with the infrastructure to expand throughout California and beyond.

Organizational Structure

Nonprofit Arm

Project Allsmiles Inc.

The 501(c)(3) public health entity focused on prevention-based community interventions, epidemiological research, education, and grant-funded programming. This organization serves as the policy and public health backbone of the Allsmiles mission.

Clinical Arm

Allsmiles RDHAP LLC

The affiliated clinical limited liability company providing direct patient care, clinical dental hygiene services, and operational service delivery. The LLC functions as the service arm of the broader Allsmiles framework.

This dual-entity structure allows Project Allsmiles Inc. to maintain institutional independence while leveraging clinical expertise and operational capacity through its affiliated LLC.

Core Principles

Prevention Over Intervention

We prioritize upstream preventive strategies that reduce disease burden before it escalates to acute care needs.

Evidence-Based Practice

Every program is grounded in peer-reviewed research, CDC guidelines, and public health best practices.

Health Equity

We serve populations disproportionately affected by oral health disparities, including children, unhoused individuals, and the elderly.

Community-Centered Design

Programs are delivered where people live, learn, and seek services rather than requiring them to navigate traditional clinical settings.

Scalable Infrastructure

Our model is designed for replication and expansion, with documentation and frameworks that enable growth beyond San Diego County.

Institutional Transparency

We maintain clear organizational boundaries, transparent reporting, and accountability to funders, partners, and the communities we serve.
